Governor Baker announced today his plan for re-opening MA. Mass.gov/coronavirus has the most up-to-date and detailed information.

𝟒. For businesses who are allowed to open in Phase 1 must first meet the self-certification requirement. This includes a COVID-19 Control Plan, a Compliance Attestation Poster, and Employer & Worker Posters.

𝟓. For essential businesses that have been open, they must comply with the above requirements by May 25, 2020. These do not need to be sent to the Health Department; however, they will need to be provided upon inspection.
