Please note that the Collections Office will be closed Monday, June 12 - Wednesday, June 14, for a mandatory conference. During this period, the office will not be open for regular transactions and inquiries. However, we want to ensure that you have alternative options to manage your payments conveniently.

Here are the available methods to handle your payments:

1. Mail: you can mail your payment to the collections office at 50 Payson Avenue. Please make sure to include any necessary payment details along with your payment.

2. Drop-off: If you prefer to make payment in person, you may use our secure drop-off box located in the front of the building at 50 Payson Avenue. Please ensure that your payment is enclosed in an envelope clearly marked with your information.

3. Online payment: We encourage you to take advantage of our online payment system. You can visit our website at https://unipaygold.unibank.com/customerinfo.aspx and follow the instructions to make a secure payment electronically. Please have your account information and payment details ready.
