Online Payment Portal  

Easthampton, MA - the city is pleased to inform residents that it has now launched a new online platform for paying water and sewer bills. With this new service, you can conveniently and securely make payments from the comfort of your home, using a computer or mobile device.

The city has upgraded its water and sewer billing system to the Universal Metering System (UMS) by CUSI. 

To access the online payment system, simply visit our website and follow the instructions to create an account. Once you have an account, you can view your consumption history, billing information, and make payments. 

We understand that some residents may prefer to continue paying their bills in person or via USPS, and that option is still available. However, we hope that this new online service will provide a more convenient and efficient way to manage your bills.
