EASTHAMPTON TEXT ALERTS AND ISSUE REPORTING NOW AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC

EASTHAMPTON, MA –  The City’s upgraded website, www.easthamptonma.gov, offers two additional public engagement tools: “Notify Me” and “Report an Issue.”

“Notify Me” allows residents and businesses to sign-up for notifications of board/committee meetings and agendas; alerts from the DPW, events, and meetings added to the City calendar; City job postings; and general news updates.  The public and businesses are encouraged to sign up for Notify Me for non-urgent updates from the City and specific department updates.

The website feature “Report An Issue” allows residents to sign-up to report streetlight outages, potholes, fire hazards, down trees/limbs, public health concerns, questions about ordinance enforcement, to name a few.

For emergency alerts, Easthampton will continue to use CodeRed text and phone service. To sign-up for CodeRed, please click here https://public.coderedweb.com/CNE/en-US/BF8B49577EBA or visit the Police Department page and scroll down to the CodeRed button.

Please send suggestions and comments to Lindsi at lmailler@easthamptonma.gov about the City’s community outreach efforts.
