Mayor Nicole LaChapelle Delivers 2023 State of the City Address
EASTHAMPTON, MA – Mayor LaChapelle collaborated with E-Media to pre-record her annual State of the City address as COVID concerns are still present in our community. The Easthampton 2023 State of the City address can be viewed on Easthampton Media’s YouTube, the City of Easthampton Website, and Facebook accounts.
Mayor LaChapelle recognizes our federal delegation, Senators Warren and Markey and Congressman Neal; Governor Baker and Lieutenant Governor Polito, as well as city workers and teachers for their leadership and commitment to Easthampton during the pandemic.
LaChapelle acknowledges the deep struggles incoming with the “cliff effect” and highlights the City’s continued resiliency planning, investing in impactful capital projects, and increasing reserves.
