Payment Due Dates:

August 1, 2022: First-quarter real estate and personal property tax are due.

August 31, 2022: All water and sewer bills must be paid and current no later than August 31, 2022, to avoid a lien on September 1, 2022. Click here to pay your water & sewer bills online.

November 1, 2022: Second-quarter real estate and property tax are due.

Click here to pay real estate and personal property tax online. If paying after the due date, you will need to call the collections office at 413-529-1400 ext 414 for the updated amount due, including interest accrued on a daily basis. 

The collections office is open Monday - Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm for in-person service/payments.
