The annual census is required by state law for each Massachusetts municipality and is used for many purposes, including updating the voter's list and providing information to the School Department  for enrollment purposes.

Your form can be returned POSTAGE FREE to:  the Municipal Building at 50 Payson Avenue (the City Clerk or Collector's Offices or outside drop box), Big E's Supermarket, the Emily Williston Library, Florence Bank and Easthampton Savings Bank.  It can also be mailed or it can scanned to VOTE@EASTHAMPTONMA.GOV.

IF YOU HAVE A DOG - you can license your dog for 2022 by completing and returning the tear-off portion of the census form.  Please make sure to include all the information noted on the form and include a self-addressed, stamped, letter size envelope.  Dogs are required to be licensed by March 31, 2022.  

The form should be returned even if you have NO changes in your household.
