City Ordinance Amendments:

a. Amend Chpt. 2, Sec. 2-17 (School Committee Salary) increasing the annual salary to $4,000 per member and the school committee chair to $4,250 effective Jan. 2, 2024.

b. Amend Chpt. 2, Sec. 2-18 (City Council Salary) increasing the annual salary to $6,000 per member and the city council president to $6,500 effective Jan. 2, 2024.

c. Amend Chpt. 6, Sec. 6-1 (Storage of unregistered vehicles prohibited; exceptions; penalty) to include both residential & business locations, & by adding: a subsection c to read: “Placing a car cover, tarp, or other material over the vehicle, in which the vehicle can still be identified as a vehicle, is not out of sight for  purposes of this ordinance” and a provision for written notice from the Police Dept.

d. Appendix A, Traffic Rules & Orders: Amend Article VII, Sec. 1-55 (Isolated Stop Signs) by adding the  following two stop signs:
