Notice is hereby given in accordance with MGL Chapter 30A, §20 that the Regular meeting of the Commissioners of the Easthampton Housing Authority will be called to order on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 6:00PM at the Cliffview Manor Community Room located at 36 Lussier Circle, Easthampton, MA 01027.
This will be a Hybrid Meeting, meaning in person and via zoom. Please note, this meeting will be video and audio recorded. The public is invited to either listen to the meeting via phone or join via zoom. To call-in, dial the conference line at 646-558-8656 at 6:00PM on October 10, 2023, enter the meeting ID which is 816 3762 5122, and then enter passcode of 1010 followed by the # sign. A participant ID is not required, press # to skip/continue if prompted. Or, you may go to the below link from a computer, laptop or tablet and enter the meeting ID and password above. You will then be placed into a waiting room and admitted when meeting starts.
State Plan Public Hearing
Residents and the general public are invited to review the FY2024 State Annual Plan before the hearing and may make public comment. Substantive comments will be summarized and included in the Annual Plan.
