Add a new Article X - School Zones: "Sec. 1-88 Mountain View School - From the center of the roundabout at the school entrance on Park Street and extending a distance of 850 feet north and south along Park Street and also extending from the center of the roundabout 850 feet northwesterly on South Street. To include the hours from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. when school is in session or lights are flashing.”
