b. Supplemental Appropriation: - $400,000 from CPA funding for final design & construction costs to rehab and restore the Nonotuck Park pool and surrounding recreation area.

- $11,154.00 for payment of Veteran’s retirement appropriation to South Hadley as payment of final half   for the fiscal year as the veterans district is dissolved.
