Kelley- seeking a Special Permit and Stormwater Permit for the construction of up to 15 new single family dwelling units and associated roadway, sidewalks, water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure on an existing 12.22-acre parcel containing one existing dwelling, under Section 8.3 and 12.7 of the Zoning Ordinance and Section 12- 76 of the City Ordinance. Property is located at 282 Loudville Road, (Map 120, Parcel 5) in the R-35 Zoning District.
