Mail or drop off the Vote By Mail application and a ballot will be mailed to you. Any form of written communication is fine. An emailed request is allowed as long as it contains a signature (but not electronic signature). You must apply in writing for a ballot to be mailed and your request must be received in the City Clerk's office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2021.
In order to be counted, your ballot must be returned to the City Clerk's office no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day (Nov. 2nd).
If you are not sure of your voter status, check at the Secretary of Massachusetts website.
